Shipping times vary depending on the type of item you’ve purchased. Most of the items in my shop are pre-made and ready-to-ship, meaning I can get them out relatively quickly – however: I am a one woman shop, so sometimes times may vary!
I use USPS first class, priority, and international shipping for all of the products in my shop. Times stated below are referring to how many days after you place the order I ship it out. Actual shipping times are 2-5 days for first class and 2-3 days for priority (within the US).
Read below for detailed shipping information:
RESTOCK ITEMS (blankets, book sleeves, and other hand-made items):
5-7 days from time of purchase. These items are pre-made by me and are ready to ship at the time of purchase.
READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS (mugs, journals, baby books, bookmarks):
7-10 days from time of purchase. These items are made by an outside maker/manufacturer, but are shipped from my home office. They are ready to ship at the time of purchase.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS (tapestries, swaddles):
3-4 weeks from time of purchase. These items are made-to-order, meaning I do not have the supplies or items made before the order is placed. I sew the items and ship them from my home office as soon as they are completed.
APPAREL (shirts, sweatshirts, kids clothing):
These items are printed by an outside small business and are shipped to me. PLEASE NOTE whether the item is marked as Pre-Order or Back-Order, as this will affect the shipping time. Items not marked as Pre-Order or Back-Order are in stock in my home office and can be shipped out faster.
In Stock items: 10-12 days from time of purchase
Pre-Order items: 2-4 weeks from time of purchase
Back-Ordered items: 2-3 weeks from time of purchase
PRINTS AND STICKERS:
10-12 days from time of purchase. These items are professionally printed in my home office after the order has been placed.
4-8 weeks from time of purchase. Custom items, including custom blankets, book sleeves, pillows, tapestries, and swaddles, are items that I don’t offer in my shop, but contain any artwork from the Print Shop of your choice. These items require extra time due to their custom nature.
I want you to be fully satisfied with your order! If for any reason you are less than happy with an item from my shop, please do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items can be returned for a refund if I am contacted within one week of the order’s arrival to you. The item must be unused and in new condition, and returned in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item will be refunded when I receive the order.
If the item is defective or damaged, I can supply a replacement or a full refund. Return of the defective item is not necessary. Please email me at email@example.com with a photo of the defective item.
I do not accept returns for Custom items as this time.
LOST IN THE MAIL? If your item has not arrived within the timeframe given by USPS tracking, please contact me. If the item has been lost in the mail, I will either refund the order or send a replacement item.
I am NOT responsible for stolen packages or packages that are sent to the wrong address because the address in your account is not accurate. Please double check your information and keep an eye on your tracking to make sure you can be there when your package arrives.
